Return & Refund Policy

At FunShopTop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the policy below to understand how returns, replacements, and refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Products Eligible

✔ Women’s Dresses
✔ Men’s Shirts & T-Shirts
✔ Artificial Jewelry (only if unworn and unused)

Products Must Be

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags intact

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable Items

❌ Used or worn jewelry (due to hygiene reasons)
❌ Damaged items caused by customer
❌ Products without original packaging/tags
❌ Clearance/sale items (if mentioned on product page)


2. Return Reasons We Accept

  • Wrong product received

  • Size issue

  • Damaged product received

  • Defective product

  • Missing items in package

  • Different product from what was ordered


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photo/Video proof (if damaged or wrong item)

  3. Our team will review and approve your request if eligible.

  4. A pickup will be scheduled from your address.
    (Reverse pickup availability depends on your location.)


4. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Your refund will be processed via:

  • Original payment method (UPI/Card/Wallet), or

  • Store credit (if preferred)

Refund timeline

  • 3–5 working days after the returned product is approved

  • Bank/card processing time may vary


5. Replacement Policy

If you want to replace a product due to size, color, or damage:

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability

  • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead


6. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
Full refund will be issued.

After Dispatch

Cancellation is not possible.
You may request a return after delivery.


7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video/photo proof

  • We will immediately arrange a replacement or refund


8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product) → Free return pickup

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (size issue / dislike) →
    Return shipping charges may apply depending on location


9. Important Notes

  • Refund will be denied if the returned product is used, washed, damaged, or altered

  • FunShopTop reserves the right to deny returns in case of misuse of policy

  • Colors may slightly vary due to screen/lighting; this is not considered a defect
