1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order is packed and shipped.


2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time across India is:

  • 3–7 working days for most locations

  • 7–10 working days for remote or rural areas

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Any unforeseen logistical issues

FunShopTop is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.


3. Shipping Charges

We offer:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹[Set Your Amount]

  • A small delivery charge may apply to orders below the free-shipping threshold

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID

  • Tracking link

  • SMS/email updates on shipment status

Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after dispatch.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to 2 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable:

  • The package may be marked as undelivered

  • It may be returned to our warehouse

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Wrong Address or Missing Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order.

FunShopTop is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address

  • Failed deliveries due to incomplete contact details

  • Reshipment charges caused by incorrect information

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Record an unboxing video

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Lost Package

If your order is lost in transit:

  • We will coordinate with the courier

  • If confirmed lost, a full refund or replacement will be issued


8. International Shipping

Currently, FunShopTop ships only within India.
International delivery options will be introduced soon.


9. COD (Cash on Delivery) (Optional section — remove if you don’t offer COD)

If you want COD included:

  • COD is available on selected PIN codes

  • Additional COD fee may apply

  • Customers must verify phone number for COD orders

If you do not want COD, say the word and I’ll remove this section.
